These days, many of us want immediate access to general information as well as answers to basic and specific questions "at our fingertips." Me too!
Therefore, I've tried really hard to make my website "content rich," meaning there are several layers of information on real estate in general as well as Kitsap County local area-unique information. Many of us are visual so I hope the area videos are helpful.
However, if you have additional questions or just need to verify some information please do contact me at your convenience. If I'm not in the office I will return your call within 10-15 minutes (unless I'm working with clients or in a meeting) or will promptly respond to your email (usually within an hour or so).

Unless we have a contract where I'm working as your real estate consultant, you incur no obligation to me nor cost from me when we confer on real estate matters. It's strictly a matter of service. If you're happy with the professional level of service you've received from me, I believe you'll continue to use me as your source for real estate information. I also believe you'll refer me to your friends and family when they need assistance with their real estate questions and needs.
By the way, our conversations are privileged (I simply don't divulge information to anyone else without your permission).
One final point, if you are working with another Realtor®, please do not ask me to help you; especially if you have signed a buyer agency contract. This would be a potential violation of the Realtor® Code of Ethics.
