Here is a video of Klahowya Secondary School, the newest high school in the Central Kitsap school district. It combines grades 7 thru 12 and was built in 1997 with the first class graduating the following year. It is located off Newberry Hill Road about three miles west of Silverdale.
Silverdale has two senior living facilities offering independent living, assisted living and rehabilitation services. This facility is located a mile north of Silverdale and the video explains the three separate parts.

The Central Kitsap Presbyterian Church is located about two miles east of Silverdale off Nels Nelson Road. The video also points out that this church is located next to the Latter Day Saints Church.
This video was taken in Newberry Woods which is about three miles west of Silverdale off Newberry Hill Road, on the way to Seabeck. The houses were built between 2004 and 2007.
Ridgetop Boulevard runs north-south. The video was taken on the upper portion which contains several hundred single-family residential houses as well as five large apartment complexes of close to 1,000 units. Ridgetop Junior High School, Silver Ridge and Emerald Heights Elementary Schools are located in this area. The lower portion is commercial with miscellaneous businesses (i.e., Harrison Annex, Best Buy, Costco, Loews, Wells Fargo Bank).

Breckenridge is a townhome community of 100 or so units located off the middle section of Ridgetop Blvd. This video shows some of the units, play area and partial view of the Olympic Mountains to the west.
The Trillium Heights Apartments video shows that this is a relatively large apartment community with a very nice appearance. It's located mid-way up Ridgetop Boulevard.
Ridgetop Junior High School and Silver Ridge Elementary School sit adjacent to each other on the lower (southern) end of Ridgetop Boulevard. This video also shows the neighborhood called The Glen located across the street from these schools. These schools are part of the Central Kitsap School District.
This video was taken of Emerald Heights, the second elementary school built off Ridgetop Boulevard; but this school is located on the northern third of the Ridgetop area.
The Point of View neighborhood (Plateau Circle) is comprised of 75 or so homes built in the mid-1990s. They vary in size from 1,800 square feet to almost 3,000 square feet. Most of the lots are one-third acre or less. Some of these homes have a view of the Olympic Mountains to the west. This video shows the entrance off Ridgetop Boulevard.

Our kiosk includes two separate desktop computers with LCD displays available to the public for real estate searches.
Even though there are several cities and incorporated areas in Kitsap County, much of the county is rural and still contains farms. This video was taken on Paulson Road several miles outside of Silverdale on the way to the Brownsville area.
Esquire Hills Elementary School is located on John Carlson Road with residential neighborhoods all around it. The mailing address is a Bremerton zip code of 98311 but this school is part of the Central Kitsap School District. This video was taken from across the school on John Carlson.
I'm standing in the Target parking lot overlooking the Kitsap Mall and Kitsap Mall Blvd. There are numerous stores here as this video shows including Target, Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Men's Wherehouse, Toys-R-Us and AMC 8-screen.
Many areas in Silverdale have great views of the water, mountains or both. This video taken in Loretta Heights shows the terrific views to the east.
This video was taken at Clear Creek Elementary School which is located on the eastern boundary of the Submarine Base. A good portion of the students live on the base so there is a walkway connecting the school with the road serving some of the housing units.
Cougar Valley Elementary School is on the opposite side of the Submarine Base from Clear Creek. This video shows the playground, school and the base in the background. CV is part of the Central Kitsap School District.
